This Ranch Roasted Potatoes recipe is quick, easy, and boasts huge flavors without any artificial ingredients. Homemade ranch seasoning lends a deliciously seasoned crust to the potatoes.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs small red potatoes cleaned and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 TB extra virgin olive oil
- 4 TB homemade ranch seasoning
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Optional: Dried parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F, with rack on middle position. Lightly grease large baking sheet with rims.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil and ranch seasoning until well coated.
- Spread potatoes evenly on greased pan in a single layer; don't overcrowd. Bake 25-30 min or until potatoes are just browed and tender.
- While potatoes are still hot, season with additional kosher salt and black pepper to taste. If desired, garnish with dried herbs and serve immediately.
