Raspberry and Mint Water
Description
This infused water starts by combining sparkling water with fresh raspberries and mint leaves in a jug. Stirring distributes the flavors, and the mixture is left to infuse, allowing the fruit and herbs to release their aroma and essence into the water.
Optionally, the mint flavor can be intensified by steeping the leaves in boiling water for 15 minutes before chilling and mixing with the fruit and water. A squeeze of fresh lemon juice adds brightness and citrusy notes to the drink.
It is best served chilled after being refrigerated for several hours to maximize the infusion effect. The recipe is versatile and can be made with different types of water such as tap, fizzy, or coconut water depending on preference.
