Roasted Red Pepper Dip

This Roasted Red Pepper Dip starts with the base of ranch dressing, but is kicked up with some special seasonings and roasted red peppers.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper roasted
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the Ranch dressing, roasted red peppers, minced garlic, seasoning salt and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  2. Chill until ready to serve.
