Nothing beats easy and delicious Rocky Road chocolate marshmallow bars loaded with peanut butter and walnuts for a crunch!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- one gram package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 7 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place the butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips into a large saucepan. Heat over low-medium heat until melted and smooth, stirring frequently.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and nuts.
- Cool until you can safely touch the bottom of the pot, then stir in the marshmallows.
- Spread out evenly in the prepared pan. Cool completely and let set, then slice and serve.
- These freeze well and even taste better frozen!
Notes
- You can add any type of nut that you prefer in these, we like walnuts but peanuts are also common
