This quick and easy peach punch made with South African Rooibos tea is the perfect refreshing summer cocktail but is just as enjoyable sans vodka.

Ingredients
- 500 ml rooibos tea cooled, strong
- 500 ml peach juice
- vodka at least 100ml
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- mint leaves fresh, handful
- 2 peaches thinly sliced
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large jug and stir well.
- Serve over ice.
