Ingredients

  • 240 grams milk 1 cup, warm
  • 360 grams all-purpose flour 3 cups
  • 5 grams salt 1 teaspoon
  • 50 grams egg 1 egg
  • 45 grams butter 3 tablespoons, unsalted
  • 6 grams instant yeast 2 teaspoons, dry
  • 60 grams sugar 5 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Add the sugar, yeast, and warm milk into the bread machine pan and allow it to soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Place the rest of the ingredients into the pan and select “Basic White Bread Setting”, medium crust.
  3. Once Sally Lunn bread is baked, remove the pan from the bread maker and turn it over onto a cooling rack.
  4. Allow the bread to cool for 45 minutes before slicing and serving.
  5. Enjoy!
