Ingredients
- 2 pounds spicy Italian sausage
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold, grated
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 4 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in grated butter until evenly combined.
- In the same bowl, add the sausage, parsley, garlic salt, pepper, grated cheddar, and mozzarella.
- Form the mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a rimmed prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
