Schrödinger's Fizz, a sweet, sour and fizzy cocktail. A paradox. And thus the name was born ;-)

Ingredients

Servings
  • ½ cup grapes
  • 5 mint sprigs
  • 30 ml simple syrup
  • 75 ml vodka
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • sparkling wine ~120ml, or champagne
  • grapes garnish: 2 grapes per glass and a large sprig of mint
  • mint garnish: 2 grapes per glass and a large sprig of mint

Instructions

  1. Muddle the grapes, mint, and simple syrup together in a cocktail shaker, until well broken down.
  2. Add a cup of ice and then pour over the vodka and lemon juice,
  3. Shake well and then strain into two champagne flutes.
  4. Top up with sparkling wine and garnish with two grapes and fresh mint
