- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
