Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove of garlic thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 bag of baby spinach
- seasoned rice vinegar to taste
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Add the soy sauce and spinach then cook, stirring occasionally, until the spinach is nearly wilted. Remove from the heat then drizzle with the seasoned vinegar, to taste then sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately.
