  • 6 Medjool dates pitted
  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • ½ C walnuts
  • ¼ C rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Add the Medjool dates to a medium-sized food processor and pulse until a sticky paste forms. Add the remaining ingredients and continue pulsing until a fine, crumbly mixture forms.
  2. Scoop mixture and roll into 10 uniform balls. Enjoy immediately, or store in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to one week.
