Ingredients

Batter

  • 1-½ cup pumpkin pureed
  • ½ cup applesauce unsweetened
  • 1 egg whole
  • 3 egg white
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup Stevia Sweetener Cup For Cup brand
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Cream filling

  • 8 oz. cream cheese reduced fat
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 TBS all-purpose flour
  • 2 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
