Ingredients
- ½ banana chopped, frozen
- ¼ cup coffee cooled, strongly brewed
- ½ cup yogurt can use Greek as well, nonfat vanilla
- ¼ cup cream cheese low fat whipped
- ¼ cup almond soy, or skim milk
- 2 tsp cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1-2 vanilla wafers optional, crushed
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients except for the crushed vanilla wafers in your blender. Blend until nice and smooth. Pour into a cup, and then top with the crushed vanilla wafers and a dusting of cocoa powder if desired.
