Ingredients

Servings
  • ½ banana chopped, frozen
  • ¼ cup coffee cooled, strongly brewed
  • ½ cup yogurt can use Greek as well, nonfat vanilla
  • ¼ cup cream cheese low fat whipped
  • ¼ cup almond soy, or skim milk
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1-2 vanilla wafers optional, crushed

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients except for the crushed vanilla wafers in your blender. Blend until nice and smooth. Pour into a cup, and then top with the crushed vanilla wafers and a dusting of cocoa powder if desired.
  2. Enjoy!
