Ingredients
For the crust
- ¾ cups graham crackers chocolate, crumbled
- 2 TBS butter melted
- 1 TB sugar
For the filling
- 12 ounces cream cheese softened (this is 1 and ½ packs)
- 1 sugar ½ cup
- 1 TBS flour
- 1 salt /4 teaspoon
- 2 egg
- ¾ cup iced coffee International Delight brand, Caramel Macchiato flavor
- ⅓ cup butter melted
For topping
- ½ cup caramel sauce
Notes
- Keep cheesecake in the fridge when not serving.
