Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 pounds chicken breast
- 8 ounces diced or sliced ham
- 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 (6-ounce) box chicken stuffing mix
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Spray the bowl of a 4 or 6-quart slow cooker with pan spray.
- Whisk together 1 cup milk, 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Spread about 1 cup of the mixture in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add 3 pounds chicken breast to the crockpot, then top with 8 ounces diced or sliced ham and 8 ounces Swiss cheese,.
- Top with the rest of the soup mixture. Cover with 1 (6-ounce) box chicken stuffing mix and drizzle with 6 tablespoons unsalted butter,.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
