  • 5 cans corn kernels drained
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded, sharp
  • 1 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded, 113 g
  • ½ cup whole milk 122.5 g
  • ½ cup cowboy butter 113 g
  • 4 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. To the bowl of a slow cooker, add corn, cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, milk, cowboy butter, cream cheese, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover. Cook on high for 1 hour, or low for 2-3 hours.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
