  • 5 cans corn kernels drained
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded, sharp
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese shredded, 113 g
  • 2 medium jalapeno pepper seeded and diced (about ⅓ cup
  • ½ cup whole milk 122.5 g
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • ¼ cup butter cubed, unsalted; ½ stick / 57 g
  • 1 package cream cheese cubed
  • 8 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled, thick-cut

Instructions

  1. To the bowl of a slow cooker, add corn, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Top with butter and cream cheese.
  3. Cover. Cook on high for 2 hours (or low for about 4 hours).
  4. Right before serving, add crumbled bacon. Stir to combine.
  5. Serve warm.
