Ingredients
- 5 cans corn kernels drained
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded, sharp
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese shredded, 113 g
- 2 medium jalapeno pepper seeded and diced (about ⅓ cup
- ½ cup whole milk 122.5 g
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
- ¼ cup butter cubed, unsalted; ½ stick / 57 g
- 1 package cream cheese cubed
- 8 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled, thick-cut
Instructions
- To the bowl of a slow cooker, add corn, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Top with butter and cream cheese.
- Cover. Cook on high for 2 hours (or low for about 4 hours).
- Right before serving, add crumbled bacon. Stir to combine.
- Serve warm.
