S’more Cupcake

A graham cracker cupcake base filled with a perfectly toasted marshmallow and topped with chocolate frosting. Making s'mores has never been so easy!

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix + ingredients required on package
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 24 marshmallows regular size
- 1 Pillsbury Filled Pastry Bag - Chocolate Fudge
- mini marshmallows optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix together the yellow cake mix, ingredients listed on the back of the box, and 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs. Stir until the mixture is fully combined.
- Place cupcake liners in a muffin tin and fill each about 1/2 full of cake mix.
- Press a marshmallow into the center of each cupcake.
- Bake according to package instructions.
- Once the cupcakes have baked and cooled frost with chocolate frosting.
- Garnish with toasted mini marshmallows and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
- Enjoy!
