Ingredients

Servings
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • ½ cup brown sugar lightly packed
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup peanut butter creamy
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 8 ounces whipped topping Cool Whip, thawed, frozen
  • 6 Snickers candy bars finely chopped, full-size
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add in the sugars, peanut butter, vanilla and pinch of salt and beat for an additional 3 minutes.
  2. Use a rubber spatula to fold in the whipped topping until no streaks remain. Reserve about ⅓ cup of the chopped Snickers. Stir the remaining Snickers into the cream cheese mixture. Scoop the dip into a serving dish, top with reserved Snickers pieces and drizzle with caramel sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  3. Serve with salted pretzels, apples and graham crackers.
