  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cumin ground
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons oregano dried
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, ground

Instructions

  1. Place all of the seasonings into a bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Use to season chicken, beef, or fish. It's also great on vegetables or to use in recipes that need southwest flavors or seasoning.
  3. If you aren't using it right away, then store it in a sealed container for up to 6 months.
