- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
- ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, optional
Instructions
- Place all of the seasonings into a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Use to season chicken, beef, or fish. It's also great on vegetables or to use in recipes that need southwest flavors or seasoning.
- If you aren't using it right away, then store it in a sealed container for up to 6 months.
