Spanish Sangria - Small Batch Recipe
Description
This sangria combines 2 cups of red wine with brandy and orange liqueur, creating a flavorful alcoholic base. Fruit including green apple, lime, orange, and lemon slices are added and infused during refrigeration. The resting period of at least two hours allows the fruits to release aromas and flavors, enriching the drink.
Served cold with ice, the sangria can be tailored by adding lemon-lime soda for a sweeter, fizzy texture or sparkling water for a lighter drink. The fresh citrus and apple pieces give a refreshing note and visual appeal to the deep wine mixture.
