Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 BBQ sauce
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 Chips that are shaped like little bowls, bag
  • 1 pickled red onions roughly chopped, jar
  • 2 jalapeños finely diced (seeds and veins removed if you don't want it spicy)

Instructions

  1. In a medium pan, cook ground beef until it's no longer pink and is fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper and then add 1/2 to 3/4 jar of your favorite BBQ sauce and heat thoroughly. Beef should be fully coated in sauce.
  2. Lay out chips on a serving platter in a pretty arrangement. Add in a small scoop of beef to fill chips. Top with roughly chopped pickled red onions and diced jalapeno. Serve warm or room temperature.
  3. *Need to make some Pickled Red Onions? Finely slice one red onion and place in a mason jar with a mixture of 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 1 /2 cups apple cider vinegar, 3 cloves garlic, and 1 tsp whole black peppercorns. Place top on jar and let sit in your fridge for a couple hours. Over night is best, but at least 2 hours will be good.
