Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed coffee cold
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 2 cups ice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 Tablespoons chocolate syrup plus extra for topping
- 1/4 cup Whipped Cream for topping
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except for the whipped cream to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Then pour the mixture evenly into 2 cups.
- Top with the whipped cream and drizzle additional chocolate syrup on top.
- Serve immediately while cold and enjoy!
Notes
- If the mixture is too thick, add more coffee or half and half and blend until it’s the consistency that you prefer.
- If the mixture is too thin, add more ice
