Simple, sweet, and pink! These cake mix cookies are perfecto for Valentine's Day and so easy with just 4 ingredients!

Ingredients
- 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the cake mix and baking powder to a mixing bowl and stir together to combine.
- Add the eggs and vegetable oil to the bowl and beat with an electric mixture until the dough comes together.
- Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
- Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop the dough out onto the prepared baking, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9 minutes or until the cookies are just set. Do not overbake.
- Remove from the oven and press additional white chocolate chips into the tops of the cookies, if desired.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
Notes
- You may use any flavor of cake mix you like in these cookies.
- Swap the white chocolate chips for any variety of chocolate chips or m&m candies.
