- 1 recipe Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¾ cup (8 oz/225 g) strawberry jam
- ⅔ cup (5 oz/142 g) sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¾ cup (6 oz/170 g) butter, softened
- 1 cup (8 oz/225 g) granulated sugar
- 6 large egg whites (about 6 fl oz/180 ml), at room temperature
- Optional – 1 drop red gel food coloring
