Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff

Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff combines cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla into a smooth base folded with whipped topping, fresh strawberries, and mini marshmallows. Chilled before serving, it develops a light, creamy texture with bursts of sweet strawberries and soft marshmallows. Crushed graham crackers can be added as garnish for some crunch and contrast.

Description

This Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff offers a no-bake dessert that showcases the creamy richness of cream cheese balanced by the freshness of sliced strawberries. Powdered sugar sweetens the mixture, while vanilla extract adds subtle aroma. After beating the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla, whipped topping is folded in to lighten the texture, followed by the addition of strawberries and mini marshmallows for sweetness and chewiness.

Chilling the mixture for at least two hours allows the flavors to meld and the texture to set into a fluffy, mousse-like consistency. Before serving, topping with extra whipped cream and crushed graham crackers adds visual appeal and a contrasting texture.
