Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry 210 grams, frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk 8 oz, unsweetened vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 4 oz, Dannon Light and Fit vanilla flavor
  • 1 coop casein protein powder 32 grams, Cellucor brand, vanilla flavor
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese 31 grams, 1/3 Less Fat Philadelphia brand

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with whipped cream and crushed graham crackers before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • I like to freeze my Greek yogurt into cubes using a silicone ice cube tray, but you don't have to do this to get amazing results!
