Strawberry Frosé

Strawberry Frosé is a refreshing frozen rosé wine cocktail featuring pureed strawberries combined with a strawberry syrup and lemon juice for balance. The recipe offers two preparation methods: a blender version with frozen wine cubes or a Ninja Creami method using frozen prepared mix, both yielding a slushy, fruit-forward drink with a bright berry flavor and subtle acidity.

Description

The Strawberry Frosé starts by freezing rosé wine, preferably in ice cube trays for ease. A strawberry syrup is made by dissolving sugar in water and infusing it with fresh sliced strawberries, then blending to a smooth consistency and chilling thoroughly. For the blender version, the frozen rosé cubes, strawberry syrup, and lemon juice are combined and blended to create a vibrant slush.

Alternatively, the Ninja Creami version mixes quartered strawberries with granulated sugar, water, and rosé wine in a pint container, which is frozen solid before being processed in the machine to create a creamy frozen cocktail. Both methods emphasize fresh strawberry flavor balanced by the crispness of rosé and brightened by lemon juice.

Strawberry Frosé can be served immediately to enjoy its icy texture and refreshing taste. This drink is suitable for summer gatherings or as a chilled treat. The recipe adapts to available equipment while preserving the essential components of strawberry, rosé wine, and sweetness.
