Ingredients
- 1 lemon wedge
- 25 ml gin high-quality
- 2 strawberry 1 sliced and 1 for garnish, fresh
- 40 ml tonic water
- mint to garnish, fresh sprig
Instructions
- In a glass, squeeze the juice of the lemon wedge.
- Fill the glass with ice and add the sliced strawberries.
- Pour in the gin. Top with tonic water, garnish with the remaining strawberry and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
