Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tapioca pearls or boba, black
- 4 cups water hot
- 4 green tea tea bags
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 oz (125g) strawberry sliced
- 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare the tapioca pearls or boba according to the package instructions. Keep them in some water to prevent sticking, and set aside.
- In a pitcher, prepare the tea by adding hot water to the tea bags. Stir in honey until well dissolved, then chill in the fridge for 1 hour. When ready to serve, add the boba, strawberries, and ice cubes. Mix well and serve cold.
Notes
- You can buy the tapioca pearls from Asian stores or online.
