Easy Strawberry Pie is delicious and filled with fresh strawberries. This easy pie only takes about 40 minutes from start to finish.

Ingredients
- 9 inch deep dish pie crust
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 3 ounce box strawberry jello
- 2 ½ pounds fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
- Prick the crust with a fork and bake the crust according to package directions.
- Let cool.
- In a small pot whisk together the cornstarch, sugar and water until smooth.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the strawberry jello.
- Set aside and let cool while you prep the strawberries.
- Slice your strawberries in half and place in a large bowl.
- Toss the strawberries with the jello mixture.
- Pour everything into the cooled pie crust.
- Place in fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream and enjoy every bite.
