Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 cup strawberries from about 2 cups hulled and halved fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup strawberries diced, fresh

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the strawberry puree, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla until well combined. Fold in the diced strawberries.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and add sticks. Freeze at least 4 hours.

Notes

  • This recipe will work well with thawed frozen strawberries, although you may want to omit the diced strawberries if you only have frozen berries available.
  • You may substitute a flavored Greek yogurt (such as vanilla, honey, or strawberry) for the plain Greek yogurt if you prefer.
  • For a dairy-free version, use your favorite dairy-free milk and yogurt. For a vegan version, use dairy-free milk and yogurt and substitute agave nectar or maple syrup for the honey.
  • Freeze time may vary depending on your freezer.
