Strawberry Salsa

This easy strawberry salsa recipe combines sweet strawberries with a hint of spice and is delicious and ready in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups strawberry hulled and diced
  • 2 jalapeno pepper deseeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped, fresh
  • lime juice and zest of 1
  • salt optional, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salsa ingredients by washing and cutting the strawberries, jalapeno, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Add 3 cups strawberries, 2 jalapenos, 1/4 cup red onion, 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, juice and zest of 1 lime and salt to taste, together in a large bowl and toss to combine.
  3. Serve with chips!
