1/4 cup corn starch sifted
1 cup milk whole
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lime finely grated zest
3 tbsp lime juice fresh
3 tbsp Red currant jelly other red coloured forms of jelly (not jam will work here)
1 lbs strawberry tops trimmed

I'd maybe display the strawberries differently next time to make slicing the tart much easier.
