Ingredients
- 2 ounces fresh carrot juice
- 1 ounce fresh orange juice
- 1 ounce Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
Mint springs, to garnish
Instructions
- Add carrot juice, orange juice, tequila, simple syrup and lime juice to a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
