TikTok Ramen
Report
"TikTok Ramen" is a delicious, easy way to amp up regular ramen noodles. Savory, garlicky, and a little sweet and spicy, this has become one of my family's favorite dinners!

Ingredients
- 4 packages ramen noodles seasoning discarded
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 4 teaspoons ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1-2 + teaspoons Sriracha sauce
- 4 green onions sliced
- 4 eggs
- everything seasoning

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and sriracha and set aside.
- While the water is boiling and the noodles are cooking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. When the butter is bubbly, add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the the soy sauce mixture. Cook until bubbly (about 1 minute). Add the noodles and stir to coat completely.
- Reduce the heat to medium and push the noodles to 1 side of the pan. If necessary, add a little more butter to the pan. If you'd like fried eggs, carefully crack the eggs into the pan. If you'd like scrambled eggs, whisk them together with a little water, then pour them into the pan.
- Divide the noodles among 4 bowls. Sprinkle with green onions and Everything seasoning. Add egg and, if desired, additional sriracha.
