Ingredients
- 1½ cups brewed coffee of choice (THM has some awesome coffee)
- 3 tablespoons homemade coffee creamer of choice, optional
- 1½ tablespoons collagen
- 1 tablespoon unsalted grassfed butter or ghee, softened or melted
- 2 teaspoons MCT oil
- 1 pinch mineral salt, optional
- Gentle Sweet (or other on plan sweetener), to taste
Instructions
- Blend together all ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
