This simple to make carrot smoothie is bursting with tropical flavors and is so full of nutrients... healthy never tasted so good!

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water or regular water, cold
- 1 cup carrot baby
- 1 cup strawberry frozen
- 1 cup Mango frozen chunks
- 1 navel orange peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar optional
Instructions
- Add ingredients to blender and puree until smooth.
Notes
- Recipe adapted slightly from Hello Glow2. Add a splash of vodka or coconut rum to make this a fun adult smoothie!
