Notes
- Silken tofu is the best for this recipe. Mori-Nu tofu is available on Amazon. Other silken tofu brands that are available in North America are Nasoya, Wildwood Organic, Sunrise Soft Tofu, etc.
- You can substitute lemon juice for apple cider vinegar, and skip either garlic or onion powder to make it less pungent.
- Use 2 teaspoons of dried dill if you don't have fresh.
- This sauce is a great addition to a variety of dishes, like bowls, salads, burgers, sandwiches, vegan buffalo wings, potato wedges, grilled veggies, pizza, bread sticks, stuffed mushrooms, and more.
- Refrigerate it in the airtight container or jar for up to a week.
- Keep it in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw it in the fridge overnight and blend again before serving to restore the consistency, if needed.
