Ingredients

  • 8 oz silken tofu
  • 1 banana 80 grams, extra ripe, small, sliced and frozen
  • 3 tbsp Dutch cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter natural
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter PB2 brand
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • almond milk enough to blend

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, then divide into two serving dishes.  If desired, top with additional banana, peanut butter, and Enjoy Life chocolate chips.
