Ingredients
- 8 oz silken tofu
- 1 banana 80 grams, extra ripe, small, sliced and frozen
- 3 tbsp Dutch cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter natural
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter PB2 brand
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- almond milk enough to blend
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, then divide into two serving dishes. If desired, top with additional banana, peanut butter, and Enjoy Life chocolate chips.
