White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup macadamia nuts chopped
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F
- In a medium bowl mix the flour, baking soda, and salt
- Using the mixer, in a large bowl mix the sugars and butter for 3-4 minutes until creamy and fluffy. Remember to clean the sides and bottom of the pan with a spatula
- Add the eggs one a time mixing well after each addition
- Add the vanilla
- Add in the flour mixture in 3 installments to make sure the batter incorporates fully
- Finally add the macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips and mix until they are fully integrated in the dough. DO NOT OVERMIX
- Scoop cookie dough in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 9-10 minutes or until the edges of the cookies start to brown
- Remove from the oven and let the cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Cookies will appear underbaked. They will continue baking outside of the oven
