  • 1 16oz. package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup chopped macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until nuts and chocolate chips are fully incorporated.
  3. Using a medium cookie scoop, portion out  the dough and drop balls 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
