- 8 oz blueberries
- 8 oz sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice I used mandarin juice
Instructions
- Place the blueberries, lemon juice, and sugar in a saucepan and mix
- Cook on medium heat or until the sugar begins to melt. If needed add 1 teaspoon of water
- When the mixture starts bubbling, reduce the heat to low and cook until the mixture becomes thicker but still pourable. About 15-20 minutes
- Place the jam in boiled jars
- Cool and refrigerate
- Enjoy!
