These delicious peanut butter cookies really have just 3 ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Roll the cookie dough into 1-inch balls. Place the balls on an ungreased cookie sheet and use a fork to smash them, creating a cross-hatch (#) sign with the fork.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly golden, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
Notes
- You can cook these until just done for softer cookies or longer for crunchy ones. You can double or triple amounts to make more cookies.
