30 Minute Soft & Fluffy Keto Cinnamon Rolls are just 2 NET CARBS each!! They are buttery, soft, sweet, and have the best cream cheese icing ever. You can whip them up quickly and easily.

Ingredients
For The Dough
- 3 1/2 cups Carbquik
- 1 cup water
For The Filling
- 6 tablespoons butter softened
- 1/2 cup brown swerve
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1/2 block cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/4 cup butter at room temperature
- 1 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl using a wooden spoon spatula, combine carb quick and water until a firm dough forms. Pour dough mixture onto a clean surface floured with a few teaspoons of carb quick and knead for 2-3 minutes.
- Rest the dough for 5 minutes. Roll out into a rectangle, spread butter over dough, sprinkle with brown swerve and top with cinnamon. Roll up dough lengthwise and cut into 9 equal pieces. transfer to an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
- Bake at 375F preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool at least 5 minutes before frosting.
- To make cream cheese frosting: Whisk all the ingredients in a small bowl until lump-free.
