  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare two strong espressos.
  2. Dip 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream into each heat-resistant cup or bowl and pour in the hot espresso coffee.
  3. Decorate with whipped cream (optional).
  4. Serve immediately.
