Notes

  • The biscuits will be a bit doughy when you flip them, so flip them carefully.
  • Storage: Store leftover biscuits in a freezer bag or similar airtight container on the counter. There is no need to refrigerate them.
  • Freezing: Although you can freeze them once they are cooked, we don’t recommend it. They either get soggy or dried out and tough.
  • Reheating: Warm them in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes until they are hot. You can reheat them in the microwave for about 15 seconds, but they won’t be as crispy.
  • How to Serve Biscuits
  • Breakfast: Biscuits are delicious for breakfast. Serve slathered with butter and topped with honey or grape jelly.
  • Breakfast Sandwich: Make a quick breakfast sandwich with leftover bacon or sausage and a scrambled egg, and top it with cheese for a complete breakfast sandwich.
  • Stews: Biscuits are the perfect vessel to soak up the gravy from a stew or make Southern fried chicken biscuits and gravy.
  • Soups: Use biscuits to dunk into any soup, like this venison soup, for lunch or dinner.
  • Side Dish: They are the perfect side dish for the holidays. They go well with turkey, ham, and beef.
