Air Fryer Chicken Broccoli and Bacon

Air fried sun-dried tomatoes, bacon and roasted broccoli with tender, juicy chicken – this pasta recipe delivers in flavor and ease! It’s only 5 ingredients which makes for a quick, delicious weeknight meal and ready to go in less than 30 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast cubed
- 2-3 lices Bacon cubed
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes drained
- ½ pound broccoli cut into florets or frozen (heated through)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon roasted garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper and spices.
- Prepare broccoli; cut into florets or heat according to package if using frozen broccoli.
- Line the air fryer basket with a parchment paper liner, if using; spread the broccoli over it and place sun dried tomatoes on top.
- Nestle in chicken and top each with a piece of bacon
- Air fry at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
- Flip the chicken pieces over with bacon and air fry for 8 more minutes at 400 degrees.
- Give everything a good stir and fry for 2-3 minutes more until bacon is crispy.
