Instructions
- Dice your filling on a chopping board. Make sure your silicone moulds are clean and dry.
- In a jug beat your eggs until they are well beaten. Add in your seasonings and mix with a fork.
- Place your diced egg cup fillings into the silicone moulds and pour your egg mixture on top. Place the silicone moulds gently onto the air fryer grill pan. Set the time on your air fryer to 12 minutes and your temperature to 180c/360f.
Notes
- Milk. If you want your air fryer egg cups to taste more like a quiche filling, add a splash of milk to the beaten egg and it will also make a lot more egg cups too!
- WW. If you follow Weight Watchers the recipe above is based on zero point foods.
- Meat. For meat, anything that is cooked that you can thinly dice. I had some leftover WW chicken burgers and cut a bit off, and air fried it first. You could use cooked bacon, ham, rotisserie chicken, breakfast sausage etc.
- Thanks for reading our egg cups air fryer recipe on Recipe This. We have many more air fryer recipes for you to check out next. Though if you would like more easy breakfast ideas, I recommend you try our air fryer frozen sausages next.
